Winery is located only 18 km from Chisinau. It has the longest wine tunnels in the country with more then 200 km underground streets, over 50 km of wine galleries, over 200 million wine bottles. The tunnels are named as “underground city” with a depth up to 80 meters. Tourists have opportunity to walk along the cool, dark galleries and “streets” with big barrels with different sorts of wine.
Milestii Mici became world famous in 2005 when they won Guinness World Record for storing the biggest wine collection.
For the visitors wine tasting is made in traditional Moldavian way – the wine is served in handmade jugs with national delicacies for a snack. Traditional Moldovan instrumental music on the background gives tourists a good mood. The Milestii Mici Winery excursion will not leave anyone indifferent.
